By accessing syro.pro ("Site") or downloading, installing, or using the Syro mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or App.
These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Valeria Leascenco, an individual doing business as Syro ("we," "us," or "our").
Syro is a native iOS application that helps users track sugar-free streaks, build awareness around cravings and behavioral patterns, and receive personalized affirmations and insights. The App also includes a Community feature where users can share posts, comments, and reactions with one another. The App is available on the Apple App Store.
Our Site (syro.pro) provides information about the App and allows visitors to sign up for product updates.
You must be at least 17 years of age to use the App or Site. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 represent that they have obtained parental or guardian consent.
Syro is not a medical product. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a medical condition — including eating disorders, metabolic disorders, or diabetes — consult a qualified healthcare provider before changing your diet.
Some features of the App — including daily check-ins, cravings tracking, and treats — work without creating an account, and that data is stored locally on your device. To use the Community feature (posting, commenting, and reacting) or subscribe to Premium, you must create a Syro account, either with an email address and password or by continuing with Facebook.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at syroapp.pro@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
If you submit your email address on our Site without creating an App account, you are responsible for providing accurate information and may unsubscribe at any time.
You may permanently delete your account at any time in the App via Profile → Account → Delete account. This action cannot be undone. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data — including content you've shared in the Community — when you delete your account.
Syro offers a premium subscription unlocking additional features:
Both plans include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
Your free trial begins when you initiate it in the App. You will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan at the applicable rate unless you cancel before the trial ends.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store and charged to your Apple ID account. By subscribing, you authorize Apple to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. We do not collect, process, or store payment information directly.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You retain access to premium features through the end of that period.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are governed by Apple's refund policy. We do not independently process refunds. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of a paid subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You agree to use the App and Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The App's Community feature lets you post text, photos, comments, and reactions that are visible to other Syro users, alongside your display name and profile photo.
You are solely responsible for content you post. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, medically dangerous, or that infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.
You retain ownership of content you post to the Community. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content within the App for as long as it remains posted, solely to operate the Community feature.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion and without prior notice. If you would like a specific post, comment, or reaction removed, email syroapp.pro@gmail.com.
Community content reflects the views and individual experiences of other users, not Syro. Nothing posted by other users constitutes medical, nutritional, or professional advice from us.
All content within the App and Site — including text, affirmations, illustrations, graphics, logos, design, and software — is owned by Valeria Leascenco operating as Syro, or licensed to us, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission. This does not apply to Community content, which is governed by Section 7.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your iOS device for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store terms.
If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.
Syro is a wellness and behavioral habit-tracking app. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
Results vary. We make no guarantees about health or behavioral outcomes achieved through use of the App.
THE APP AND SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties, so the above may not fully apply to you.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VALERIA LEASCENCO OPERATING AS SYRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP OR SITE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $10 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Valeria Leascenco operating as Syro from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App or Site, content you post to the Community, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App without notice for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to users, us, or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property rights, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Moldova, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for claims involving intellectual property or confidentiality.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. All other provisions remain in full force.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Syro regarding use of the App and Site, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.
We may update these Terms periodically. We will update the "Last updated" date when we do. For material changes, we will notify you by email or prominent notice on the Site. Continued use of the App or Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
