Syro helps you understand your sugar cravings, track check-ins and mood, use quick tools in difficult moments, plan treats and keep your progress visible. Features may change over time.

Syro is a self-awareness and habit tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It is not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian or other qualified professional. If you have diabetes or any medical condition, or are unsure about changing your diet, speak to a healthcare professional. If you feel unwell or are in an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

3. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the app. If you are younger, you may use it only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

4. Your account and your data

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own personal use. You may not copy or reuse our content, except to share a link to it.

You keep ownership of what you enter in the app. You give us the permission we need to store and process it so the Service can work for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service may link to or rely on third parties (such as the App Store, social networks and our infrastructure providers). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that it will achieve any particular result, such as reducing the sugar you eat. Results depend on you and vary from person to person.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Syro is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profit or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or your rights as a consumer.

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete the app and your data. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, or if we stop offering the Service.

We may update these Terms. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app or on this website. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law
